Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Beauty Blueprint mobile application and related services operated by Nicola Ewa Sztuka (the “Service Provider”).

Information we do not collect

The Application does not collect personal information from normal use and does not require registration.

Procedures, completion history, recipes, tips, reminders, categories, notes, and app preferences are not collected or stored by the Service Provider.

Local app content

Beauty Blueprint is designed as a local-first app. Content you create may be stored locally on your own device so the Application can function, but it is not uploaded to or retained on the Service Provider’s servers.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The Service Provider does not receive the reminder text, schedule, or notification history.

Location and tracking

The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Third-party sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, procedures, completion history, recipes, tips, reminders, or app settings.

Server-side retention period: none. Since the Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal app use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period.

Data Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Beauty Blueprint does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Local content remains under your control. If app content is stored on your device, you can remove it using in-app controls where available, your device’s app-storage controls, or by uninstalling Beauty Blueprint.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to piotr6nowak@gmail.com.

Network communication

If the Application accesses an online resource, standard internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security

A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
